Order WITHDRAWING OPINION FILED JULY 10, 1995, SUBSTITUTING NEW OPINION, AND DENYING APPELLANT'S MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION The appellant, Robert G. Gregory, Jr., having filed a motion for reconsideration of decision terminating review herein; the respondent, State of Washington, having answered said motion; the court having determined that the opinion of this court filed in the above-entitled action should be withdrawn and the attached opinion filed; and the court further determining that appellant's motion for reconsideration should be denied; now, therefore, it is hereby Ordered that the opinion of this court filed in the above-entitled action on July 10, 1995 be, and the same hereby is, withdrawn, and the attached opinion filed herewith. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that appellant's motion for reconsideration be, and the same is hereby, denied.
