BECKER, J. -- Donald Green appeals his conviction for vehicular homicide, assigning error to the lack of a unanimity instruction. The issue has not been preserved for review because: (1) a unanimity instruction would have made no difference in the jurys deliberations; and (2) any error was invited when Green expressed his approval of the States proposed instructions, including an instruction telling the jury they did not need to agree on one of the alternative means. Accordingly, we affirm.
